Replacement within the first three (3) days after the product reaches a customer

- The amount (product value and shipping value) will be fully refunded to the customer in the event that the product that the customer received had suffered any damage at the stage of shipping the product to the customer (with the need to send pictures of the damaged product upon arrival)
